Quick Start Guide

  • Step 1: Unboxing

    1. Open the outer box.
    2. Remove the internal case box from the packaging.
    3. Open the case box and gently lift out the PC, avoiding pressure on the glass panels.
    4. Inside the case:
    • Remove any internal foam packaging (used to protect components during shipping).
    • Carefully unplug and remove the support insert (if present).

  • Step 2: Connecting Your PC

    1. Place the PC on a flat, sturdy surface with good airflow.
    2. Connect the following:
    • Power cable to PSU (Included)
    • Monitor via DisplayPort (Recommended) or HDMI
    • Keyboard & Mouse to USB ports
    • Ethernet or Wi-Fi antenna (if included)

  • Step 3: First Boot

    1. Press the power button on the case.
    2. Your PC will boot into Windows 11 Setup.
    3. Follow on-screen instructions to:
    • Select your region/language
    • Create a user account
    • Connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet
    • Pre-installed software (e.g. NVIDIA App, Steam, RGB tools) will be ready to go.

  • Step 4: Final Checks

    1. Open SignalRGB or RGB Software to control lighting.
    2. Check for Windows updates and install them.
    3. Launch your favorite games or apps to begin!

Care Instructions

To keep your system running smoothly and looking its best, follow these care guidelines:

🖥️ Keep It Ventilated
Place your PC in a well-ventilated space. Leave at least 4–6 inches of clearance around all sides for optimal airflow. Avoid tight cabinets or dusty corners.

🧽 Clean Regularly
Dust the PC every 2–3 weeks with compressed air or a soft brush. Wipe down external panels with a microfiber cloth — never use harsh cleaners or liquids.

⚡ Power Protection
Always plug your PC into a surge protector or UPS. Never unplug the unit while it's powered on to avoid data loss or hardware damage.

💡 Keep Software Updated
Keep Windows and all drivers up to date. Regularly update RGB and control software (such as SignalRGB, L-Connect, MSI Center) to maintain performance.

🌡️ Monitor Temperatures
Use tools like HWInfo or MSI Afterburner to keep an eye on thermals. Idle temps should stay around 30–45°C, and load temps under 85°C. Contact us if temps exceed 90°C regularly.

🧠 Handle with Care
Avoid moving the PC while it’s on. If you must transport it, use the original packaging for safe travel. Never place it on its tempered glass panel.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged PCs in original packaging. Custom builds may be subject to restocking fees. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
