Shipping policy

Processing Time
All PCs are thoroughly tested and benchmarked before shipment. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after the build is complete. Prebuilt systems ship faster, while custom builds may require additional time depending on complexity.

We currently ship within North America (United States and Canada). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Shipping Options

• Free Standard Shipping: Includes insured ground delivery via UPS or USPS.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on your location and package weight.

Insurance and Protection
All shipments are fully insured. Each PC is securely packaged using double-boxing and internal foam protection to prevent damage in transit.

Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Packaging
Your PC will arrive in a Moonshot-branded double-walled shipping box, with the original case box safely secured inside. The package includes foam inserts, documentation, and a startup guide.

Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@moonshotpc.com with your order number and any supporting photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
