Moonshot PC Warranty Terms
At Moonshot PC, we stand behind the quality of every build. We aim to provide a seamless experience from unboxing to high-performance use. Below are our warranty terms to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
1. Parts Warranty
Each component used in your Moonshot PC is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. This typically ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand and part type (e.g., CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, etc.). We register parts where applicable, or you may do so upon receiving your PC to ensure coverage.
If a hardware failure occurs and the part is under warranty:
- We will assist in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
- If required, you may ship the PC back to us for repair or replacement of the defective part.
- Labor and diagnostic services are included for the warranty duration.
2. Moonshot PC Limited Warranty (1-Year)
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Moonshot PC provides a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- Assembly workmanship
- System stability
- Initial configuration issues
- Thermal performance
- Cabling integrity
Exclusions:
- Accidental damage, misuse, or user modifications
- Software or operating system corruption
- Unauthorized part upgrades or tampering
- Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery
3. Return Shipping for Repairs
- Within 30 Days: We cover round-trip shipping for defective systems.
- After 30 Days: Customers are responsible for shipping to us; we cover return shipping for approved repairs under warranty.
4. Support and Troubleshooting
Our team provides continued technical support to all customers, even after the warranty expires. For minor issues, we offer remote diagnostics or video guidance before requiring returns.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty request:
- Visit the Support Hub and complete the Contact Form.
- Provide your original order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach photos or video of the issue if possible.
- A support agent will contact you within 24–48 hours to begin troubleshooting or arrange repair.
