Are Moonshot PCs made to order or prebuilt?

Both — in a way that’s unique to Moonshot. Every PC we sell is custom-built in-house, fully tested, and listed only once it's 100% complete. That means you get the quality and performance of a custom build, with the speed and transparency of a prebuilt — complete with real photos, benchmarks, and thermal data.

How does the build process work?

We build each PC by hand using premium components, then run it through our full performance and thermal testing process. Only once it passes our standards do we list it for sale. When you buy a Moonshot PC, it's ready to ship.

What kind of testing do you perform?

Every build is stress-tested using:

  • 3DMark and gaming benchmarks.
  • Thermal analysis and airflow tuning
  • Stability and BIOS optimization

How does shipping work?

Since our PCs are already built and tested, we typically ship within 3–4 business days of your purchase. However, for custom-built PCs, we typically will ship within 2-3 weeks depending on time to source parts, build, test and package the PC.

All systems are shipped via FedEx, with full tracking and signature confirmation.

Can I request a custom PC instead?

Yes — we offer custom PC builds upon request. Once requested, we’ll work with you directly to understand your performance goals, aesthetic preferences, and budget.

Custom builds are more involved, so we charge a premium (based on budget) over our ready-to-ship systems, and we limit custom orders to just 2 per month to maintain our build quality. If you're interested in a fully personalized Moonshot PC, book a Custom PC Build Service here.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States using FedEx with signature confirmation on receipt.
